Building a useful product requires more than announcing features. It requires paying attention when an assumption meets a real business and turns out to be wrong.
So each entry tries to answer four plain questions: What did I believe? What did we do? What actually happened? What changes now?
I will share the decisions and tradeoffs honestly. I will not publish a participant’s or customer’s private details without explicit permission.
